When you place an order: your name, email address, the property details you give us, and any notes you add. Payment details go directly to Stripe; we never see your card number.
Performing your search, emailing you your documents, and responding to your questions — that's it. We don't sell data, we don't run marketing lists, and we won't email you about anything other than your order unless you ask us to.
Stripe (payments), Resend (order emails), and Cloudflare (hosting and database) process data on our behalf under their standard data processing terms. The official land registries receive the property details needed to perform your search — that is the service.
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers, which is why you don't see a cookie banner. When you pay, Stripe's own checkout page sets the cookies it needs for security and fraud prevention — see Stripe's privacy policy for those. If this ever changes, this page will say so first.
Order records are kept for 6 years for tax and accounting purposes, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your personal data sooner; we'll keep only what tax law requires us to keep.
Under UK and EU GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can complain to the ICO (UK) or the DPC (Ireland). Email us and we'll sort it, usually the same week.
Land ownership records are public documents maintained by the official registries. Searching them is lawful and does not require the owner's consent. We do not compile ownership databases; we order individual documents at your request.
